About Vaulta
Software a business actually runs on.
What Vaulta is, and how a project runs from the first call to the day the software runs the business on its own.
What Vaulta does
We scale businesses by making them run on their own.
Vaulta builds custom software for owners who are tired of paying for work that does not get done: systems that answer, schedule, write and follow up on their own, so the business keeps moving when nobody is looking at it.
Vaulta comes from vault, the place you keep what matters. Clients hand our team the parts of their business that cannot break, and we make them run without a person in the loop. Nothing off the shelf, no template with your logo on it.

How a project runs
From the first call to the day it runs itself.
Six steps. Our team is with you for every one of them.
The call
A short call to look at where your time goes. Not a pitch. You leave with a clear picture of what in your business could run on its own, and what it would take.
The map
We study the business for a few days and find what eats the owner's time: the calls, the follow-ups, the paperwork, the handoffs between people. That becomes the map of what we build.
The build
Custom software, built around how you already work. No template with your logo on it. You see it working as it is built, on your own data, and you tell us what to change.
The test
Your team and you use it on real work before anything goes live. Every gap you find, we close. It only moves on when it holds up in your hands, not ours.
Runs itself
Installed on your phone and your team's, connected to your calendar, inbox and phone line. From here the system answers, schedules, writes and follows up on its own. Our team keeps it running and adds what the business needs next.
The launch
When what we built faces the public, a site, a booking page, a product, this is the day it goes live. Internal systems skip this step: they are already at work.
If that sounds like your business, book a call.
The first conversation is a look at where your time goes, not a pitch.
