We build software that runs a business by itself.

Vaulta. Orlando, Florida. Custom software for businesses in the US and Brazil.

Selected work

The work we chose to show.

Picked for what they show, not for how many there are. Each one takes a piece of a business and runs it on its own.

MS Interior Design

Interior design studio, Florida

One fully custom app runs the whole studio, from the first client meeting to the final handoff. Our team built it from scratch for one designer and installed it on her phone.

She records the client meeting and the app turns it into the project, writes the proposal, prepares the contract for signature, turns the site scan into a furnished floor plan and mood boards, and keeps the profit of every project in view. Nothing off the shelf. Every screen exists because her work needed it, and every stage hands off to the next on its own.

Client meetings Proposals Contracts Site scans Floor plans Mood boards Finance
01Meeting to project

She records the client meeting. The project, brief and budget come out of it.

02Proposal

Written and priced from the meeting, ready to send the same day.

03Contract

Prepared for signature and tracked until the deposit lands.

04Site scan

A 3D scan of the space becomes the plan the whole project runs on.

05Floor plan and boards

Furnished layout and mood boards generated in her own style.

06Finance

Every project's cost, markup and profit in view, always current.

vaultaagency.com

Vaulta, own site

The agency's own site: a scroll story on desktop, a recorded film on phones, and a booking system and private dashboard behind it.

Designed and built as one piece. The homepage tells the story chapter by chapter, a visitor books a call without a back-and-forth, and every project's proposal, contract and status live in an admin area only our team can open. The booking system and the admin area are the same ones we install for clients.

Talk to the receptionist.

This is a real agent, the same kind we put on a client's phone line and inbox. It answers, asks the questions the business needs answered, and books the call.

Try it. Tell it what your business does, or ask it what one of your customers would ask.
